Processing times

Our team is hard at work processing your order quickly and effectively. All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipping. Orders will be shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground unless otherwise noted. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Orders over $55 will receive complimentary shipping.

Returns & exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Only unopened products are eligible to receive a full refund. We will happily cover the cost of return shipping and will follow up with detailed return instructions.

Intl shipping

International shipping is available, though rates are dependent on the desired delivery location. Click here to estimate shipping costs. Please note that HERBO is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, or if they are held by or incur fees while passing through customs.
